Trip to Montana, Sammy Firsts!!

So we are back from our trip to Montana. We took Sammy on his first plane ride. What a champ. Granted the travel time was 2 hours, but he slept through both flights. Most people didn't even know there was a baby on board. Good work Sammy. We all know his lungs are fully developed and if he wanted everyone to hear him, he could of. The trip was spent mostly in Hamilton, visiting Brian's parents and their friends. It was a great time and made both Brian and I want to visit more or just pack up and move.

Grandpa Gary Jacobson. This was his first time meeting Sammy.

Uncle Jack Pipinich (Brian's Uncle) Not happy with shirt selection.

In Montana, even rainy days are beautiful.

Sammy went to the river for the first time. Granted he slept through the walk but it still counts.

Just a typical scenic shot in Montana. See why it is hard to say good bye to this place.

Tanner Jacobson. He is one of the best stick fetchers I have ever seen.

Uncle Jack keeping watch over Sammy. Thanks Whit for the hat, it came in handy!

Sammy finding a favorite position to sleep on Daddy!!! He had some rough days being a baby.

We got to see a long time friend of Brian, Mike Ellis and his amazing family. Mike and Brian have know each either since they were little. It was great to see Mike, his beautiful wife, Stacey and there three kids, Berkley, Torrin and Ruger. Below is Ruger taking in the Brian jungle gym.

Berkley and Torrin trying to see if they can find ducks in the pond.

All and all it was a great trip!!! Can not wait to go visit family again....soon.

Love,
The Jakes
