Brian held the first annual Family Fitness Night at his elementary school this past week. Over 100 students and their parents came to join in the fun. Brian had Yoga, Karate, stretching and a walking track for the families to try out together.
Brian also had a Bionic Big Mac. He purchased the burger a month ago from McDonalds and showed it off to the families. The burger looked the SAME, just the bun was hard. That was a big hit.
I got to help out in the cardio stretching station. Someone asked me why I was not doing some of the exercises, specifically the in place jogging and running. "I don't have a sports bra." Guys have it so easy.
